Yes.it contents :full marathon(42.195KM ) ,half marathon(21.95KM) and mini marathon.

Well, the men's world record is 2：02：57 ,and the women's world record: 2：17：42

Marathon was originally a place in Greece, for human beings， it’s a challenge that we broke limits of the physical limit In a few words ,It’s a long running race of about 42 kilometers , that lasts a long time and requires a lot of effort and patience.

Now The marathon has almost become the most popular sport, and a synonym for running, with pictures posted in WeChat moments, also a symbol of a high-end lifestyle.

The World Marathon Majors is a circuit of marathon competitions, comprised of Boston Marathon, London Marathon, Berlin Marathon, Chicago Marathon, New York Marathon, and Tokyo Marathon. The Boston Marathon is the first city marathon recorded. It's famous because of its strict enrollment requirements, known as Boston Qualify. The Boston Marathon is usually held on the third Monday in April. The Tokyo Marathon is the only World Marathon Major held in Asia, which is usually held on the third Sunday in February. The London Marathon is the hardest to sign up for among the six majors, with only one runner in six chosen from among the applicants. It's usually held in late April. The Berlin Marathon is known for its flat racing track and extremely comfortable temperatures, which are benefits for the runners. It's usually held in late September. The Chicago Marathon has a loop track, and has earned a reputation for its great competition management and well-rounded services provided. It's usually held in the middle of October. The New York Marathon is the last held during a year, usually in early November. It's like an annual party for global marathon fans where they enjoy every aspect of a good marathon.

In addition to the six majors mentioned above, there are hundreds of marathons held all around the world, each with their own characteristics and scenery. Now the marathon has been the symbolize of the city .They represent the city which hold the marathon .We can see more and more people participate in the competition .Absolutely we should respect all of the volunteers ,in order to helping all the runners to finish the race， well runners left the litters on the track, they must keep all the track flat and clean, if you are not feeling well .they would take you to the hospital . They are available to help the runners , that’s marathon’s spirit :“More help, not only run “

I started to run a year ago in Shenzhen . I have been to different cities to run in the half of this year. Such as Sanya. Dongguan .Qingyuan .Zhaoqing.Dalian .Lanzhou and Foshan. My PB is 01:55 for the half marathon , and 00: 52 for the 10 KM, I wish to participate in the Shanghai and Guangzhou Marathon this year .When I was running on the race, I thought that :”If I can like a marathon athlete, overcome physical limit, I will welcome the victory. .I remembered when I first participated in Foshan marathon , my legs gave out just as I crossed the finish line of the 21 kilometres .If you want to do well at the race, You should carry out a long run every week

First. you need to know when and where the marathons are held

Second. Don't miss the application period, which is usually half a year or even longer ahead of the races.

Third. Book plane tickets and hotels in advance. Of course you need a visa for an overseas marathon. Basic sports equipment is needed, as well as energy supplies, though most race organizers provide some.

At last.Learn the local map, and plan the trip .

Ok!An international marathon will be held in December in Guangzhou. The Guangzhou marathon, which was inaugurated in 2012, includes a full-length event, a half-length run and mini-marathon with 5 kilometers. The event will include 30,000 international and domestic runners
