2017年上海城市业余联赛暨上海联通客户俱乐部精英跑步赛定于2017年5月20日（星期六）上午在上海市宝山区顾村公园热力开启。本次比赛设有5公里、10公里两种赛程，邀请热爱跑步的你前来报到！脱下厚重的外套，准备一个潇洒张扬的姿势，在春意盎然的日子里，与沃一起，放肆青春，极限奔跑！
2017 Shanghai City Amateur League and Shanghai Unicom Customer Club Running Race will be held at 7 am, on May 20th (Saturday), at Gucun Park, Baoshan district. This time, 5KM and 10KM is available for participants to choose. If you love running, don’t hesitate to join us, run with WOShanghai.

活动地点：顾村公园 （上海市宝山区顾村镇沪太路4788号）

集合地点：顾村公园2号门内（7号线顾村公园站2号口出，近镜泊湖路宝菊路）
赛程设置：
5公里精英赛，绕赛道一周
10公里精英赛，绕赛道两周
比赛日程：
7：00-7:30 选手入园
7:30-7:50 赛前热身
7:50-8:00 起跑仪式
10:00 活动结束

Participants: 800 people
Assembly venue: Gate 2 of Gucun Park ( Line 7-Gucun Park Metro Station-exit 2, near Jingbohu Rd and Baoju Rd)

5KM- one lap of the racing track
10KM- two laps of the racing track
报名时间： 2017年4月28日18:00至5月16日24:00
报名费用：人民币50元/人，一旦报名成功，费用不予退还
报名人数：5公里限400人、10公里限400人，报满即止
报名资格：参赛者年龄需为18-50周岁，以身份证、军官证、护照等有效证件为准。
参赛资格：
参赛者需保持身体健康，有参加跑步锻炼或训练的基础，同时确认自己的身体状况能够适应于本次活动，方可报名参赛。在比赛中因个人身体及其他个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失，由参赛选手个人承担责任。
有下列情况者不宜参加比赛：
1、从未跑过相应组别距离，或者坚持跑步训练少于三个月；
2、先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；
3、高血压和脑血管疾病患者；
4、心肌炎和其他心脏病患者；
5、冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者；
6、血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者；
7、孕妇；
8、比赛日前两周以内患过感冒；
9、其它不适合运动的疾病患者；
Registration date: 18:00, April 28th -- 24:00, May 16th, 2017
Registration fee: 50RMB/person, once registered, unable to refund.
Participants: Maximum 400 for 5KM, Maximum 400 for 10KM. No more until filled.
Registration requirements: 18-50 years old; with valid ID, Passport, military ID
Race requirements：
The participants should have a healthy body and got a basic running training. Meanwhile, please confirm you have a good physical condition to take part in this running race. Runners will take all responsibilities for any damage to person or property caused by their personal reasons.
Not advisable for the lists:
1. Never run a same level race, or training less than 3 months.
2. Have congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease
3. Have hypertension and cerebrovascular disease
4. Have myocarditis and other heart disease
5. Have coronary artery disease and cardiac arrhythmia
6. Diabetic with hyperglycemia and glycopenia
7. Pregnant
8. Got a cold in two weeks before the Race
9. Other diseases that not eligible for sports

参赛者可以搭乘7号线至顾村公园站2号口出，步行至顾村公园2号门入园，并在工作人员的引导下前往主舞台区。

2. Self-driving
Please park the car at the Gate 3 parking lot, any charges should be paid by participants. (Need walk to Gate 2 of Gucun Park)
Due to the large amount of attendance on the race day, the organizing committee recommends you to choose public transportation.
装备内容：赛事服装一件、号码布（含计时芯片）一份、雨衣一件、毛巾一条、魔术巾一条、参赛手册一份、赛事地图一份、顾村公园入场券一张
*赛事服装尺码请在报名时进行选择，赛事服装尺码仅供参考，具体尺寸以实物为准。
发放时间：2017年5月13-18日9:30-21:30
发放地点：上海联通陆家嘴营业厅（上海市浦东新区世纪大道55号东方浮庭二楼夹层）
领取方式：参赛者需凭本人有效身份证明（身份证、军官证、护照等）原件领取赛事包并签收；代领人则需持代领人有效身份证明原件及被代领人有效身份证明复印件领取赛事包。因时间紧张，活动当天恕不提供赛事包领取，敬请谅解。组委会不提供邮寄服务，未在规定时间内领取，逾期视作自动放弃。
*赛事包一经领取，组委会一律不予退换！
物品寄存：参赛者请勿携带大型或贵重物品，个人物品请自行保管，建议您轻装上阵。
Package: race suit, a race number cloth (including timing chip), a raincoat, a towel, a magic cloth, a race handbook, a race map, a ticket of Gucun Park.
*Please choose the proper size of race suit when fill in the application form, the size is for reference only, the specific size is based on the material.
Collecting date：9:30-21:30; 13/5/2017 -18/5/2017
Collecting venue：Shanghai Unicom Lujiazui business hall ( 2nd floor, Oriental floating chamber, 55 Century Avenue, Pudong district, Shanghai)
Collecting method: the participants need bring own valid original Identity Certificate ( Chinese ID, passport, military ID) to collect the race package and sign; if someone else help to collect, must bring the collector’s valid original ID certificate and the copy of the participant’s ID certificate. The organizing committee will not provide mail service, if not collect in the stipulated time will be regarded as withdrawal from the race.
*Once the race package was collected, are not allowed to return.
Luggage storage: please take good care of personal belongings and do not take huge and valuable luggage to lighten your load.
1、获胜5公里、10公里男女组别前三名的参赛者，都将获得精美奖品。
2、完赛证书（电子版）以及更多赛事精彩照片将在完赛3个工作日后开放下载。
The top three of 5KM, 10KM in men’s group and women’s group will get a gift.
The certificate (digital version) and more pictures will open to download three working days later of the race.
1、注意事项：
1）参赛者需穿着赛事组委会发放的赛事服装参赛，并将号码布固定于身前正面显著位置，如因未佩戴、遮挡或折叠号码布导致最终成绩未记录，将取消比赛成绩。
2）报名者因以虚假年龄、虚假身份信息报名或报名后由其他人员代跑而出现的任何问题，责任由报名者自负，且成绩和奖项将予以取消。
3）组委会为参赛者提供一次性计时芯片服务，参赛者必须统一正确佩带计时芯片记录成绩。如果因参赛者本人原因未能正确佩带芯片而造成无法记录成绩的结果将由本人自行承担。参赛者在完赛过程中，须通过地面计时感应带，如缺少相应分段点成绩，将无法获得比赛成绩。
2、意外保险：
1）组委会为每位参赛者购买意外保险一份，请每位参赛者正确填写个人信息。如果由于报名时信息填写错误或信息不实导致无法成功购买保险；或因比赛当天代跑而产生的所有风险，均由本人自行负责。
2）自身疾病、身体原因所引起的不良后果，如中暑、昏厥等情况不在组委会购买的人身意外伤害保险范围。组委会建议初次参加跑步的选手在赛前需做一次心电图及血压检测，希望每位参赛者谨慎参赛，安全完赛。
1. Notice:
Runners have to wear the race suit which provided by the organizing committee, and clearly fix the number cloth in the front, if the scores not recorded successfully due to without wearing, covering or folding the number cloth, the race scores will be cancelled.
If participants registered with false age and identity information or ask someone else who was not registered to run, the applicant takes all the responsibility for the problem it has caused, scores and prize will be cancelled as well.
The committee will provide a disposable timing chip and runners should properly wear it to record the score. If it fails to record the score due to improper wearing of timing chip, runners should take all responsibilities. During the race, runners must go through the ground timing induction zone, if lacking scores of responding zone, unable to achieve the integrated score.
2. Accident insurance
1）The organizing committee will buy an accident insurance for each participant, so please correctly fill in personal information. If it fails to buy the accident insurance due to error or unverified information; and all the risks in the race caused by asking someone else who is not registered to run. The applicant and participant should take all the responsibility for the problem it has caused.
2）The accident insurance is not including heatstroke, faint and other physical problems which caused by personal disease and physical reasons. The committee recommends runners who are first time to participate the race to take a blood pressure and electrocardiographic test, wish you have a safe and pleasure run.
