分段解析

1. 金女线

500米盘山公路热身后进入原始森林，2公里后切到申遗考察后遗弃的古道，一路溯溪而上，不经意间在云雾中看到巨蟒出山，便到了空中栈道的入口。该赛段在8.5公里内爬升约900米，是赛事的最难段由原始森林，溯溪和申遗步道组成。此赛段设有1个CP点。

2. 空中栈道

经过第一赛段给选手的一个下马威之后，给选手犒劳的是云雾缭绕的峡谷，神工鬼斧的128米高的巨蟒出山，1500米高空中横插在山壁上的栈道带你到CP1，然后依次带你领略三清山世界地质遗产公园内各种大自然运动留下的杰作，如地标三清女神，企鹅献桃，万笏朝天等。第二赛段约5.5公里，一路上展示了三清山最著名的景点。如果因为天气原因不合适登顶怀玉山脉海拔最高达1818米的玉京峰，该赛段爬升只有200多米，适合小碎步边游览，边调整节奏。此赛段设有1个补给站和1个CP点。

3. 千年古道

这一赛段是全程赛道的后半段，约为18公里。此赛段设有1个CP点和3个补给站。

ST21*轨迹 三清山金沙游客中心广场乾坤广场→外双溪游客中心广场

2、半程选手需要两年内半马或越野跑完赛证书，全程选手需要两年内全马或者25公里以上越野赛事完赛证书，领取装备时和本人身份证复印件一并提交并签署免责申明。

3、有且不限于以下疾病患者不能参加比赛，能理解自己的身体状况足以完成相应的赛事。

①先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；

②高血压和脑血管疾病患者；

③心肌炎和其他心脏病患者；

ST35*;ST21*;ST10* The peak is Yujing Feng(1819.9m) located about 4 Km after you pass the CP1/SP1. The race rout might be adjusted under challenging weather conditions according to local weather forecast and public notice.

b. Race application fees

*Cable Car fee is not included.

ST10* has no timing service or race medal.

ST21* is designed for primary trail runners with no cash bonus.

The race organizer does not accept any refund application so please consider seriously before you select a right group and arrange payment, thanks for your support!

ST35*  Jinsha tourist center to Fenglin RV Park 

l Section Analysis

Section 1:  One Check Point. (CP1 at the cable station), first 500

meters road running, then trail running in the forest may encounter creeks in the raining days, gained elevation in the 8.5Km section, the most difficult in the race.

Section 2:  SKY PATH One supplement point and one check point.

This section is about 5.5 Km from CP1/SP1 to CP2. The CP2 is located at the peak YUJINGFENG. After the toughest section 1 climb up, this section is redeeming to the runners. You can stop anyway to enjoy the cloud sea, rainbow if lucky enough. The marble stones will bring you an impressive experience. The path is over 1600 meter elevation which is not available anywhere else.

3. Thousand year ancient trails

- This section is the 2nd half the ST35, about 18Km with 1 check point and 3 SP points. This section has Taoism temples of thousand-year history, one of the oldest Taoism buildings in China and very likely located at the highest elevation in the world. In addition, this section contains ancient trails. In the history, only horse can help local residents carry commodities from one town to the others. This section is the only are still preserved in original status in the Mount Sanqing area. You will have a close contact with local wild animals and plants. After several stops at SP served with delicious local culinary, you will be fully challenged by some crazy local food. The finish point is located at the RV park, we will provide you showing service and music with ice beer and outdoor movies. Our sponsors will present their new products and free gifts. It is also the social time for runners from all over the world.

ST21*  Jinsha tourist center to Waishuangxi Cable car station. The only difference is that you have another 3 Km sky path longer than the ST35 but with less ancient trail. This section has more steps than ST35 although the total distance is about 14 Km shorter. For the basic runners, if the race is too tough, you can have a chance to take the cable car to the finish point of ST21 group.

l Section Analysis

Section 3: From West Coast to the cable car station. This section has several excellent spots to view the sunset over the cloud in a sunny day. This is a fried chicken chain store located near the cable car station. You can purchase chicken fingers or burgers to have your own pit stop other than the official SP point. Then you can run down hills to reach the finish point and enjoy the roars of your fans.  You can also take the shuttle bus to the finish point to ST35 to watch the movies and have a chill beer and take foot massage.

Driving： About 6 hours from Shanghai to Mount Sanqing Jinsha Tourist

center.

Trains:    Min two and half hours from Shanghai to Shangrao by train. You can rent a car or take official shuttle bus to Mount Sanqing. It takes you another one hour to finish the70Km highway driving.

may find the hotels by searching engines or app. WINTRAX also provide

you accurate hotel locations and contact details with official discounts.

a. Race pack storage

ST21* and ST35* racers can save their private race packs at the starting point of Jinsha Tourist square. The racers can pick up the bags with their race number and personal id at the finish point. We do not provide race pack storage service to ST10*.

The race might take 2 shots to ST35* and ST21 groups. The time gap is about 5 minutes to increase your running experience. We have provide hand crafted ceramic medals to ST21* and ST35* race finishers. Your race performance e-certificate and pictures will be available on the website. We will provide you water, functional drinks of Upower Vitamin C pills, banana, soups, nuts, bread and delicious local foods. Each runner will be covered by outdoor insurance during the race days. Each race must hold certificate of half marathon or above valid in 2 years and you MUST guarantee that your personal health can be good enough to attend this race with a long distance up to 40 Km and weather temperature reach up to 35 degree Celsius or higher. We will provide medical service but we strongly suggest you to watch your body language to keep a proper race speed for your own safety. The race organizer can use the race pictures and reserve the rights to change the race regulations without pre notice.
