2017 巴彦淖尔国际铁人三项赛定于8月6日在内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市举行，设置铁人三项精英组、全程组，骑跑两项组。规模500人。游泳赛道选定在巴彦淖尔市临河区多蓝湖东湖，距离1.5公里，八月湖水天水一色，水鸟环绕。自行车赛道从多兰湖（转换区）出发——沿黄公路——金川大道——临策铁路桥下折返——金川大道——沿黄公路到多蓝湖路口，折返上述路线4圈后返回多兰湖转换区，自行车赛道平坦宽阔，视野独特。环湖长跑赛道从多兰湖（转区）出发——滑雪场下北侧硬化路——一中湖环湖公路——转换区，折返上述路线2圈后到达终点。爱燃烧现已开放报名，具体信息如下——

3. 参报男子、女子全程、分龄组的运动员，年龄超过60岁（含60岁）的运动员，须具有近2年以内参加铁人三项全程比赛的经历(以往参赛成绩证书），否则报名审核不予通过。
*上述所有年龄以运动员参加比赛当年12月31日时的年龄为准。
*All ages above are subject to the physical age of the athlete as of December 31 of the competition year.
3. All athletes register for Men, Women, Age groups over 60 years old (60 years old included) are required to have the competition experiences of Triathlon in the latest 2 years (previous competition certificate), otherwise the registration will not be approved.

六、参赛资格
VI. ELIGIBILITY
1. 每人限报一个项目。
1.One participating athlete can only enter for 1 event.
2. 参报铁人三项全程精英组比赛的运动员须符合以下资格之一：
2. All Elite athletes are required to meet one of the following qualifications:
1） 男子：
1) Men
参加2015年度或2016年度奥运标准距离的铁人三项比赛，男子全程分龄组成绩为2小时35分以内（含2小时35分）的运动员方可报名。
Athletes who participated in 2015 or 2016 Olympic standard distance triathlons with the result within 2 hours and 35 minutes (2h 35min included) in men standard distance age group.
2） 女子：
2) Women:
参加2015年度或2016年度奥运标准距离的铁人三项比赛，女子全程分龄组成绩为2小时45分以内（含2小时45分）的运动员方可报名。
Athletes who participated in 2015 or 2016 Olympic standard distance triathlons with the result within 2 hours and 45 minutes (2h 45min included) in women standard distance age group.
“精英组”各组参赛人数限制为20人，若报名多余20人根据报名人员的比赛成绩优先选拔成绩较好的运动员参赛，精英选手报名需审核证件。
The restricted number of contestants for each “Elite Group” is 20. Athletes who have better performance will be selected to enter the competition when the number of contestants is more than 20,and athletes who participated need to be audited certificate.
3.运动员须持有深水合格证，持有“铁人三项业余运动员技术等级证书”（不论级别）、三年以内全国以上级铁人三项比赛或其他经中国铁协认可的国际国内铁人三项比赛成绩证书，可不提供深水合格证。
3. All athletes are required to have deep-water swimming certificate.. Deep-water swimming certificate is not required for athletes who have “Triathlon Amateur Technical Grading Certificate” (all levels), the competition results certificate of national or higher level triathlon competitions, or of domestic or international triathlon competitions authorized by CTSA.

1.竞赛规则
1. Competition Rules
执行最新版本的《国际铁人三项联盟竞赛规则》和《中国铁人三项运动协会犯规行为处罚细则》（请到中铁协官方网站“规则规定”栏内查阅）。
Implement the latest versions of The ITU Competition Rules and China Triathlon Sports Association Foul Behavior Punishment Regulations (For details, please refer to the “Rules and Regulations” on the official website of CTSA).
2.器材、服装与装备
2. Equipment, sportswear and outfit
1） 参赛运动员自备自行车、服装和头盔等器材和装备，并要符合竞赛规则的有关规定。
1) Equipment such as bicycles, sportswear, and helmets is prepared by athletes and abides by the relevant regulations of competition rules.
2） 业余运动员比赛服须符合最新版本的《中国铁人三项运动协会业余铁人三项运动管理办法》的相关规定（可到中国铁协官方网站“规则规定”栏内查阅。）
2) The sportswear of amateurs must abide by the relevant regulations of Management Method of China Triathlon Sports Association on Amateur Triathlon(For details, please refer to the “Rules and Regulations” on the official website of CTSA).
3） 业余运动员可以使用山地车、平把运动车，但必须通过组委会检查，确认自行车符合安全规定。
3) Mountain bikes and flat bar sports bikes are allowed for amateurs on condition that the bikes must be inspected and approved by the organizing committee in conformity with safety regulations
4） 业余运动员均可使用“游泳安全浮球（气囊）”，安全浮球与身体之间应通过长度至少为40厘米的绳（缆）连接，不得直接绑定在身体上。
4) All amateurs are allowed to use “swimming safety floating ball（airbag）”. The safety floating ball shall be connected to the body with a rope over 40cm long. It is not allowed to be tied on the body directly.
5） 业余运动员比赛服与装备检查将在比赛日检录和进入转换区的时候进行，赛前不再单独安排检查；如运动员不确定自身比赛服和装备是否符合竞赛规则，可在赛前技术会后将比赛服与装备提交技术官员检查。
5) The inspection on the sportswear and equipment will be conducted on the competition day registration when entering the switch area. No separate inspection will be arranged before the competition. If the athletes are not sure whether their sportswear and equipment are coincident with the competition rules, they can submit their sportswear and equipment to technical officers for inspection after the pre-competition technical meeting.

十、报名和报到
运动员参加铁人三项全程组比赛并获得有效成绩即可获得全程个人相应积分。按照中铁协积分规则进行积分。
All athletes participating in the competition of triathlon standard distance groups and achieving effective performance will get corresponding points. The points will be calculated according to the point system of CTSA.

1) Students, disabled, soldiers can enjoy the preferential entry fee on relevant certificates.
2) Athletes qualified as the technical level of “master sportsman” according to the Management Method of China Triathlon Sports Association on Amateur Triathlon.
3) 根据《中国铁人三项运动协会业余铁人三项运动管理办法》，截至赛前45天，业余个人积分排名男子前100位、女子前50位的运动员。
3）According to the Management Method of China Triathlon Sports Association on Amateur Triathlon, athletes’ amateur personal points rank top 100 for men and top 50 for women till 45 days before the competition.
4) 优惠参赛报名需审核证件。
3）Preferential athletes participating in the competition need to be audited certificate.
2.参赛费用退还政策
2. Refund Policy of Entry Fee
在报名截止之前，如退出比赛，则已交纳的参赛费用可退还50%，退款所产生的手续费由申请人承担；在报名截止之后，如退出比赛，则参赛费用不予退还。
If contestants decide to cancel registration before the deadline of registration, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded. Applicants shall bear the handling charge caused by the refund. If contestants decide to cancel registration after the deadline of registration, the entry fee will not be refunded.
3.2017巴彦淖尔国际铁人三项赛组委会将为参赛运动员购买人身意外伤害保险；发生意外伤害情况，保险之外所需医疗急救等相关费用由参赛运动员自理。
3. The organizing committee of 2017 Bayannur International Triathlon will buy personal accident insurance for all contestants; in case of accidental injury, relevant charges of emergency medical aid beyond the insurance shall be paid by contestants.
1) 保险对象为运动员本人；
1) The insured object is the contestant.
2) 保险有效期为覆盖赛前3天至赛后1天；
2) The duration of insurance covers the 3 days before the competition and the 1 day after the competition.
3) 保险覆盖范围至少须包含意外身故、残疾、意外伤害医疗，且意外身故、残疾保险金额至少为30万元，意外伤害医疗保险金额至少为3万元; 运动员可根据自身情况办理保险，延长或扩大保险有效期、保险范围、保险金额。
3） The coverage area of insurance shall at least include accidental death, disabled, medical treatment of accidental injury. The insured amount for accidental death and disabled shall be at least 300,000 yuan and that for medical treatment of accidental injury shall be at least 30,000 yuan. Athletes may purchase insurance according to their situations to extend or enlarge the duration of insurance, insurance coverage and insurance amount.

2）微信报名：关注“欧神体育订阅号”或“欧铁世界巡回赛”微信公众号，6月16日17:00后，即可点击“立即报名”直接进行报名。报名成功后，参赛选手可通过官方网站、微信公共平台及预留邮箱、手机等媒介渠道接收组委会信息。
2） Registration through WeChat: follow the official account of “Oceansports Subscription Account” or “Oceansports TriathlonWorld Tour”, click Register Immediately after 17:00, June 16, 2017. 注：上述对于深水合格证和身体检查结果的审核仅仅作为参加铁人三项比赛的最低资格条件，通过审查并不意味着运动员可以安全地完成铁人三项比赛，运动员应根据自身身体条件和状况做出判断和决定，对自身安全负责
Note: the checking on deep-water swimming certificate and physical examination results is the minimum qualification for triathlon. Passing the examination does not mean the athletes could complete the triathlon competition safely. The athletes shall make judgement and decisions according to their physical conditions and situations to be responsible for their own safety.
d) 在报到时所有运动员须签字认可参赛声明书
