1) 18周岁以上-1998年4月23日（含）以前出生 18 years old and above - Born before 23rd April 1998 (Include) 

2) 身体健康，无高血压、心脏病史及妨碍剧烈运动的其他疾病 Healthy, no records of high blood pressure, heart pain and any other sickness that can cause problems due to strenuous exercise

3) 签署比赛相关的免责声明 Agrees w ith the race terms and conditions

4) 报名费Registration Fee：免费Free

领取须知 Reminder：请携带参赛选手身份证，凭报名短信登记展会专业观众入场后，现场签署赛事《免责声明》后领取赛手包; Please bring along your ID card as well expo registration SMS, race bag will given upon signing the Race Agreement;

本次比赛成绩由东软计时提供计时支持，采用芯片感应计时。Results will be provided by Dongruan Timing using timing chips recording method.

1) 参赛者由赛事组委会统一办理比赛期间的人身意外伤害保险；Contestant is entitle for insurance due to accidents occurred during the race period from the Race Organizer

根据历史天气，7月平均温度24-31°C，请选手根据天气来配备相应的跑步装备，做好防暑降温准备；According to usual forecast, average temperature in July is around 24-31°C, contestants are required to prepare according to their needs
