2019 贵阳国际马拉松赛定于6月16日在贵阳举行。赛事设全程马拉松、半程马拉松及迷你马拉松三个组别，总规模25000人。爱燃烧将于5月8日10点整开放报名，具体信息如下---
Basic information of the competition
（一）比赛日期：2019年6月16日(星期日) June 16, 2019 (Sunday)
（二）比赛项目 Competition items:
1. 男、女马拉松 Men/Women’s Marathon (42.195 km)
2. 男、女半程马拉松 Men/Women’s Half Marathon ((21.0975 km)
3. 男、女迷你马拉松 Men/Women’s Mini Marathon (4 km)
（三）赛事规模：25,000人，其中马拉松5,000人，半程马拉松10,000人，迷你马拉松10,000人。

Important notes
（一）报名选手须如实填写个人信息，组委会将对信息的真实性进行核实，若有弄虚作假行为，则取消其2019贵阳国际马拉松赛参赛资格。
Applicants shall fill in their personal information truthfully, and the Organizing Committee will check the information for authenticity. In case of any fraud, those involved will become disqualified for taking part in Guiyang International Marathon 2019.
（二）根据《2019贵阳国际马拉松赛竞赛规程》，为防止弄虚作假，组委会将首先对境外报名选手信息进行核实，一经发现，将取消其报名资格，并保留禁止其参加今后贵阳国际马拉松赛的权利，望选手们配合遵守。
According to the Competition Regulations of Guiyang International Marathon 2019, To prevent fraud, the Organizing Committee will firstly check the personal information of the overseas applicants. When any false information is discovered, those involved will become disqualified, and also the Organizing Committee will reserve the right to forbid them from participating in Guiyang Marathon in the future. Look forward to your cooperation and compliance.
（三）选手在比赛中如有不文明行为（如随地便溺，乱丢垃圾影响他人跑步的行为、影响他人安全的行为等），组委会有权取消其参赛成绩，并报请中国田协追加处罚。
If a runner has uncivilized behaviors in the event (for example, defecating indiscriminately, littering, and having other behaviors affecting the running and safety of others), the Organizing Committee is entitled to disqualify him/her, and report to Chinese Athletic Association for additional penalties.

Information of registration
（一）报名时间：2019年5月8日10：00起，额满即止；
Registration time: from 10:00 on May 8, 2019，Registration will be closed once the limitation is reached
（二）年龄要求 Age requirements:
1.马拉松项目参赛选手年龄限比赛当年年满20岁(1999年12月31日前出生)；
Age limit for Marathon: 20 years old in the year when Marathon is held (born before December 31, 1999)
2.半程马拉松项目参赛选手年龄限比赛当年年满16岁(2003年12月31日前出生),18岁以下需要监护人或法定代理人签署参赛声明；
Age limit for Half Marathon: 16 years old in the year when Marathon is held (born before December 31, 2003); those below 18 shall show a statement for participation signed by their guardians or statutory agents;
3.迷你马拉松项目参赛选手年龄不限（未成年人需法定监护人陪同参赛）；
Age limit for Half Marathon: No age limit (the juveniles shall be accompanied by their guardians);
注：外籍参赛选手和中国田径协会注册参赛选手的年龄按照国际田联有关规定执行。
Note: The age requirements for foreign runners and those registered in Chinese Athletics Association shall be subject to the related provisions of International Association of Athletics Federations.
（三）参赛条件 Entry requests
报名马拉松的选手，须在报名时上传电子版的本人一年内半程或以上马拉松比赛的完赛证书。报名半程马拉松的选手，须在报名时上传电子版的本人一年内10公里或以上马拉松比赛的完赛证书。已有过往两年内参加过中体体育承办的马拉松赛事相应项目完赛记录的则不需再上传。
The Marathon participants must upload their electronic certificate of completion of half marathon or more in one year at the time of registration. Half Marathon participants must upload their electronic certificate of completion of 10km or more in one year at the time of registration. Those who have participated in the corresponding events of Marathon held by “Gusto” in the past two years do not need to upload.
（四）身体要求：马拉松运动是一项大负荷、高强度、长距离的运动，也是一项高风险的竞技项目，对参赛者身体状况有较高的要求。组委会要求所有参赛者近一年内通过县级及以上医疗机构进行体检(含心电图检查),并结合检查报告进行自我评估,确认自己的身体状况能够适应于长跑运动,才可报名参赛。有以下身体状况者禁止报名参加比赛，否则自行承担一切后果及法律责任：
Health requirements: Marathon is a high-load, high-strength, and long-distance sport, and also a high-risk competitive event, which has higher requirements for runner’s health conditions. According to the Organizing Committee, all runners should have received the physical examination (including electrocardiographic examination) by medical institutions at county level and above, and conduct self-evaluation in combination with the physical examination report, and confirm that they are qualified for long-distance running before application for this event. Those with following physical conditions are forbidden to apply for taking part in the event, or they shall undertake all consequences and legal liabilities by themselves:
1、先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病；
Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2、高血压和脑血管疾病；
Hypertension and cerebrovascular disease;
3、心肌炎和其它心脏病；
Myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4、冠状动脉病和严重心律不齐；
Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;
5、血糖过高或过低的糖尿病；
Diabetes with too high or too low blood glucose;
6、比赛日前2周患感冒；
Catch a cold 2 weeks before the date of competition;
7、孕妇；
Pregnant women;
8、其它不适合运动的疾病。
Other diseases not suitable for sports.
（四）报名办法 Method of registration:
1.赛事规模2.5万人，先到先得，参赛名额报满为止。
The number of participants in the event is limited to 25,000, and those who come first will be served first, until the quota is full.
2.个人可通过赛事官网、赛事官方微信公众号、第三方合作报名平台等报名渠道进行报名。
Individuals may apply for it via official website, official WeChat Account, third-party cooperative platform, and other channels.
3.退改服务 refund and alter race service
组委会将会在赛前特定日期推出退改服务，请留意官方公告。已缴费报名选手因个人原因不能参赛可申请退费或更改参赛项目，组委会审核后将对符合要求的选手执行退改服务，扣除相应手续费后剩余费用将在赛事结束后原路退回。每位选手仅有一次退改机会，请在官方公告日期内提出申请，逾期不再受理。同时从短距离项目改长距离项目者，还须符合长距离项目参赛条件方可。
Please pay attention to the official announcement, the OC will launch a service of refund and alter race policy on a specific date before the competition starts. Participants can apply for refund or alter race for personal reasons. But we will charge parts service fee involved. After reviewed by the Organization Committee, the application fees will be reimbursed to the original payment account. Each participant can only refund or alter race once, please submit your application within the official announcement date, and it will not be accepted after the deadline. Meanwhile, participants who want to change from short distance event to long distance event must meet the requirements of long distance event.
特别注意：因受系统限制，退改服务只能在官方网站、官方微信公众号报名的选手才可执行，第三方合作平台报名的不能进行退改服务，请您知悉理解。
Special notice: Due to system restrictions, the refund and alter race service can only be implemented to the participant who registers on our official website/WeChat Official Account ，the third-party cooperation platform registration can not operate the refund and alter event service , please understand.
4.报名方式 Registration Methods
本次报名接受个人报名和团体报名，选手可通过官方微信公众号、官方合作的第三方报名平台进行报名。
This application is open to individual and team registration. The participants can register through the WeChat Official Account or third-party cooperation platform .
特别提示 Import Tips
在官方报名通道报名后切勿再在第三方报名平台重复报名，第三方平台报名后切勿多个平台报名。因重复报名而产生的退费将收取50%的手续费。
Do not re-register in the third party registration platform after registering on our official registration channel. Do not repeat registering in any third party platform. We will charge 50% fee from the registration fee for the refund of duplicate registration.
5.不予报名的参赛选手：Runners prohibited from applying for this event:
被国际田联、中国田协处以禁赛处罚的选手；
Those prohibited by International Association of Athletics Federations and Chinese Athletic Association for violating the related competition regulations;
6.中国田径协会注册参赛选手须按照规定，通过中国田协网上报名系统报名（免收报名费），组委会不接受单独报名。
Those registered in Chinese Athletic Association shall apply via the online application system of Chinese Athletic Association as required (free of charge), and their individual application is not accepted by the Organizing Committee.

（五）报名费Application fees:
1.马拉松报名费160元/人（Paypal支付32美元/人）；

2.半程马拉松报名费130元/人（Paypal支付24美元/人）；
Application fee for Half Marathon: RMB 130/person(Paypal pays $24/person);
3.迷你马拉松报名费60元/人（Paypal支付12美元/人）；
Application fee for Mini Marathon: RMB 60/person(Paypal pays $12/person);
4、团体报名二十人及以上人数，报名费享受九折优惠；
When 20 members or above are included in a team applying, this team can enjoy a discount of 10% of application fees;
5、马拉松及半程马拉松报名费中含一次性计时芯片费用；
Disposable timing chip expenses are included in the application fees for Marathon and Half Marathon;
