报名时间

2019年04月9 日至2019年05月15日

报名条件

1）18周岁至65周岁（ 1955年06月08日<<含> - 2001年06月07日<含>出生 ）。

2）身体健康，长期参加跑步运动或具备一定训练基础。无高血压、心脏病史及其他不宜剧烈运动的疾病，比赛报到时须提供一年内二级甲等及以上医院或正规体检机构证明（ 包括但不限于静态心率、心电图、血压 ）。

3）ST30 选手在2017年01月01日以后完成过一场半程马拉松或20+公里的越野赛

4）ST60 选手须在2017年01月01日以后完成过一场全程马拉松或35+公里的越野赛

如不符合上述第3/4条报名条件，认为拥有完赛能力的报名者，可邮件info@wintrax.cn形式向赛事组委会提交说明，赛事组委会将在3个工作日内反馈结果。

注意：

1）赛事有一定爬升难度，道路上的障碍较多，需要翻越巨石、踩石过溪，请谨慎评估后报名。

2）所有成绩和证明应当有官方链接或图片证明，如发现资料造假者，将取消报名资格，组委会不承担任何责任或者报名者的任何损失。

a)成绩证书等证明文件上传图片格式jpg或者png，小于2M/ 张，限5张。

b)报名费包括参赛费、赛事服务、规定时间内完赛纪念品、户外意外险等。

报名费均包含三清山景区金沙上山门票，选手可在赛事当天和赛后第一天游览三清山核心景

区，均不含景区索道票。门票管理方法以三清山国家风景名胜区管理局政策为准。

如因自身原因报名后放弃名额，请在2019年05月18日12 : 00之前可以邮件形式申请放弃比赛，赛后原路退费50%。如因自身原因无法参赛的选手，可请人代领除号码布/计时设备以外的赛事包，需由退赛者提供委托书及双方的身份证复印件。超过领包时间的未领取赛事包，将不安排邮寄。

所有组别的参赛名额均不可转让。若发现任何人使用他人号码参赛，此号码选手及代跑者将被取消参赛资格，禁止参加主办方今后的任何赛事。

如果遇到超出赛事组织方合理控制范围的、不可避免或者无法克服的事件，如地震、台风、强暴雨、山洪、雷电危害等其它不可抗力之情形，赛事组织者保留取消比赛、赛事延期或改变比赛路线的权利。如果比赛因不可抗力被取消，赛事组织者不会向参赛者退还参赛费用。

On June 8th,the fourth SKYTRAIL Mountain San Qing will be held in Mountain

SanQing ,Jiangxi Province, with race groups ST60KM, ST30KM and ST15KM, holding 1000

runners. It reveals a fantastic view of cloud ocean, unique cliffs & peaks and marvelous

This year, SKYTRAIL will introduce you a brand new element in Mountain San Qing with sports base for extreme sports and bicycle sports, present you a deep exploration of Mountain San Qing wild trail running, and an updated challenge of 60KM trail running.

- Run through the world geological heritage park, 5A National Scenery Park (Giant python and goddess rock view, cloud ocean with Buddha light)

-Go through new YuLian waterfalls (Jade Curtain Waterfall), explore deep valley and dozens of waterfalls

From 2019 April.10th to 2019 May.15

Application  Qualification:

1. Age 18-65,( from 1954 June 8th (included) to 2001 June 7th (included) )

2. Good physical conditions with long time running practice or good training basis is required. No high blood pressure issue, no heart disease or other health problems that is not appropriate for intense sports. Please provide health certificate issued by hospitals(at least level 2 hospital or above) or official health check organizations within one year (including Resting Heart Rate, electrocardiogram, blood pressure)

3. ST30 is supposed to have finished one half marathon or over 20KM trail running event after 2017 January 1st.

4. ST60 is supposed to have finished one full marathon or over 35KM trail running even after 2017 January 1st.

If the qualification of above point 3 and 4 cannot be met, those who believe themselves fully ready and capable for this trail event ,please send the email to info@wintrax.cn and make your statement with your justification, organization committee member will reply within 3 working days for final decision.

 

Reminding:

1. There are various levels of difficulties along this whole race course, runners will encounter all types of obstacles, climb over huge stones, go across creeks, please make a full estimation of your ability before registration.

2. All certificates and race results provided by runners must show official website link or pictures, otherwise your registration will be cancelled once is proved to be fake, and the race organization committee will not bear any cost or responsibility.

a) Running result certificated or documents should be uploaded in JPG or PNG format, below 5M/picture, no more than 5 pictures.

b) Registration fee includes: participation fee, service fee, souvenir (finish the race before close time), outdoor accidence insurance

Remarks:

The registration fee Includes admission fees of Jinsha gate to the Mt. San Qing National park. But the cable car fee is not included. All runners can enter Sanqingshan Core tourism area on event day and the day after. The ticket policy is subject to Sanqingshan tourism management bureau rules.

Race cancellation and participation transfer:

If anyone runner cannot attend the race and give up the participation quotation, 50% refund will be returned to the original payment channel if he/she applies for cancellation before 2019 May 18 12:00pm. If runners miss the race time and cannot attend the event, he/she may assign other people to pick up the race pack (race BIB number and timing chips are not included) by providing ID copy of runner and assignees. Those who is late for race package pickup, we will not provide mail delivery service.

NO participation qualification is allowed for transferring due to security reason. Runners or those who take the place for runners will be disqualified for participation, and will be banned for future events hosted by SKYTRAIL®.

Race Cancellation

In case that there is unforeseeable events which is beyond the control of organization committee, such as earthquake, typhoon, storm, flood, thunder etc, we reserve the right of cancellation or event postpone or race course change. If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure, we will not refund the application and other fees occurred.
