七、参赛要求 Qualification
（一）年龄要求 Age Requirement：
1、UTDP超级环大鹏组、DNDP大鹏北岛探秘组
报名者应具备民事行为能力，年龄在20至65周岁之间。
Opened for the players in 20-65 years old with capacity for civil conduct.
2、BCDP环大笔架山组
报名者应具备民事行为能力，年龄在8至65周岁之间；其中，已满8周岁、未满18周岁的青少年儿童参加比赛，由其法定监护人陪同报名亲子组别参加比赛。
Opened for the players in 8-65 years old. The legal guardian should sign the Race Declaration of minor player and participate in the race accompanying with the player under 18.
（二）经验资质 Experience Requirement
1、UTDP超级环大鹏组
符合以下任意一项 You need to be in accord with one of the following ：
（1）在4年内的2场ITRA技术认证赛事中完赛并获得不少于6个ITRA积分（提供ITRA本人页面的赛事积分截图）；Got 6 points in 2 ITRA Certificated races in 4 years；
（2）在4年内完成过50公里及以上里程的山地户外运动赛事（提供本人完赛证书）；Finished 50km plus races in 4 years；
（3）与上述要求具备同等及以上强度的2年内个人训练记录（提供本人轨迹记录截图）。Got training record equals to the intensity of races above in 2 years.
2、DNDP大鹏北岛探秘组
符合以下任意一项 You need to be in accord with one of the following ：
（1）在4年内的2场ITRA技术认证赛事中完赛并获得不少于3个ITRA积分（提供ITRA本人页面的赛事积分截图）；Got 3 points in 2 ITRA Certificated races in 4 years；
（2）在4年内完成过20公里及以上里程的山地户外运动赛事（提供本人完赛证书）；Finished 20km plus races in 4 years；
（3）在4年内完成过全程马拉松赛事（提供本人完赛证书）；Finished Marathon races in 4 years；
（4）与上述要求具备同等及以上强度的1年内个人训练记录（提供本人轨迹记录截图）。Got training record equals to the intensity of races above in last year.
（三）健康要求
报名参赛应坚持生命安全与健康优先的原则，有以下疾病、行为及身体不适状况者禁止报名参加比赛，隐藏患有以下疾病、伤患等事实或其他不适合参加剧烈运动的情况，仍报名参加比赛，若在比赛期间发生意外情况，由参赛选手本人及其家属、监护人承担相应责任以及给赛事组委会带来的影响与损失：
先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；
高血压和脑血管疾病患者；
心肌炎和其他心脏疾病患者；
冠状动脉疾病患者和严重心律不齐者；
血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者；
比赛前过量饮酒者；
比赛前睡眠不足等导致的身体过度疲劳者；
患有传染性疾病未痊愈者；
妊娠期孕妇；
其他不适合剧烈运动、长时间运动的人员。
本赛事组委会要求所有选手先通过正规医疗机构进行体检（检查项目应包括但不限于：动态心电图、血压、心脑血管、心肺肝肾功能等），并结合检查报告进行自我健康评估，确认自己的身体及精神状况能够适应于中长距离山地户外运动赛事，方可报名参赛。
For the priority of life safety and health, event registration is forbidden for the people with illness or conditions below： Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease；Hypertension and cerebrovascular disease；Myocarditis and other heart diseases；Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia；With high or low blood sugar diabetes；Overdrinkers before race；Physically exhausted due to insufficient sleep before race；Suffer from infectious diseases but are not cured；Pregnant women；Other people who is not suitable for strenuous exercise and long time exercise. All player should get a physical examination through regular medical institutions before race, and evaluate your health condition scientifically.
（四）精英选手
符合以下任一成绩的选手，请将相关证明文件、网页截图发送邮件至Dpshandi@163.com，经审核通过，组委会将认证为2022“环大鹏100”精英选手，享有免费报名参加2022“环大鹏100”超级滨海山径赛之资格，凭组委会邮件回复的“特邀码”提交报名信息，资质审核通过的精英选手也应符合疫情防控各项要求，才可参加本次比赛：

八、竞赛办法 Competition Rules
（一）计时和有效成绩 Timing and Result
1、有效成绩 Effective Result
赛事采用芯片感应计时，赛时参赛者必须按指定时间在出发区集合、检录及出发，所有参赛者必须沿指定线路前进及打卡，如参赛者缺少任何一个打卡（计时点）的成绩，将视为比赛成绩无效。
The competition adopts chip induction timing. All players must check in and start at the designated departure area. All players must go forward along the specified route. If the player is lack of any timing record , the result will be deemed invalid.
若参赛选手确实按规定时间从起点出发，并按指定路线行进、经过了全部计时点，但发生计时数据丢失的，以该计时点赛事裁判手记成绩为准：计时数据丢失，但有手记成绩的，由裁判组审核确认后可视为比赛成绩有效；计时数据丢失，且手记成绩记录也缺失的，将认定为比赛成绩无效。
If the player was setting off according to competition rules, and ran along the specified route, but some of the timing records are lost. The judge team could identify the result by handwriting record.
2、个人比赛排名 Personal Ranking
全部个人选手的完赛成绩及成绩排名以枪声计时的系统记录成绩为准，系统计时数据丢失但裁判组审核确认相应手记成绩有效的，可取用手记有效成绩进行排名。
即使个人选手共同抵达终点、携手冲线，组委会仍认定系统成绩排名，不取并列成绩。
The personal ranking is according to the timing system record by gunshot. And the recognized handwriting record is valid when timing system record lost. The competition do not take parallel result even if players cross the finish line hand in hand.
3、战队比赛排名 Team Ranking
团队报名人数达到10人，且队名设置规范（队名可体现明确的代表单位，包括商学院、跑团、企业、社会组织、俱乐部或其他民间团体等），将参加各组别“2022环大鹏100最强战队”角逐。
If the number of team member reaches 10, and the team name setting is standardized (team name could reflect a clear representative unit, including business colleges, running teams, enterprises, social organizations, clubs or other non-governmental organizations), the team will participate in the“2022 TransDapeng100 most powerful Team”.
各队伍的该组别成绩，来自于参赛队伍在该组别完赛成绩最佳的2名男子运动员与1名女子运动员的平均成绩；若参赛队伍在UTDP120/TNDP50/BCDP15某一组别中的完赛队员少于2名男子选手或1名女子选手，则不参与该组别战队排名。
The ranking of a team in a race group, reserves to the average result of the best 2 male players and 1 female player from the team. If the finishers of a team is less than 2 men or 1 woman players in a certain group of UTDP120, TNDP50, or BCDP15, the team can not participate in the ranking of the group.
（二）关门时间及退赛 Close Time and withdraw from the competition
1、关门时间 Close Time
检查站设有计时关门时间的，所有参赛者必须在相应关门时间前抵达检查站，未在关门时间前抵达的参赛者应按照该检查站工作人员指引登记退赛并下撤至最近的收容点乘坐收容车返回主会场，不得继续参加比赛。
强行继续进行比赛者成绩无效，且可能面临较大安全风险，因此发生的安全意外事故将由参赛者及参赛者家属自行承担全部责任。
Checkpoint are set up with close time. Every player should arrive the checkpoint before close time. Players arrive the checkpoint after close time should withdraw from race according to the guidance of the staffs.
2、中途退赛 Withdraw Halfway
在参赛过程中参赛者有意中途退出，应前往最近的检查站按照工作人员指引进行退赛登记，无法前往检查站进行退赛登记的，也可前往终点主会场进行退赛登记或拨打号码布背面的应急联系电话完成退赛登记流程。若参赛者擅自退出、未进行退赛登记，可能会导致大量浪费搜救人力及物资进行搜索，也可能让其他有需要者延误救援。
If the player intends to withdraw halfway, he/she should go to the nearest checkpoint to register for withdrawal. If he/she cannot go to the checkpoint to register for withdrawal, he/she could go to the main venue of the destination or call the emergency contact number on the back of the bib to complete the withdrawal process.
3、医疗强制退赛 Medical Compulsory Withdrawal
为确保参赛者的人身健康和安全，赛事医疗人员有权要求对参赛者进行医疗询问和检查，被询问或检查的参赛者应配合医疗人员进行检查。医疗人员根据检查结果，有明确证据和理由表明该选手不适合继续进行比赛的，有权要求参赛者进行休息、接受医疗处置或退出比赛。被医疗人员合理判定不应继续参加比赛的，参赛者应尊重医疗人员的专业评估意见并按照工作人员的指引进行退赛登记。
In order to ensure the health and safety of players, the event medical group have the right to ask for medical inquiry and examination of the players. According to the examination results, if the medical staff have clear evidence and reasons to show that the player is not suitable to continue the competition, the player should accept medical treatment or withdraw from the competition.
强行继续进行比赛者成绩无效，且可能面临较大的安全风险，因此发生的安全意外事故将由参赛者及参赛者家属自行承担全部责任。
The result of those who force to continue competition is invalid. And the player may face greater safety risks. Therefore, the safety accidents will be borne by the player and their families.
九、比赛奖励 Competition Reward
本次比赛参照竞赛办法，对抵达终点完成比赛的参赛选手进行排名，并对各组别前三名选手予以奖励，现场颁发奖杯与奖品。
According to the competition rules, the runners obtained best 3 results of each race group will get rewards, and be awarded trophies and prize on site.
本次比赛参照竞赛办法，将对符合要求的参赛队伍进行排名，角逐出各组别“2022环大鹏100最强战队”，并对各组别最强战队现场颁发奖杯。
According to the competition rules, “2022 TransDapeng100 the most powerful team”of each race group will get rewards, and be awarded trophies on site.
全部完赛选手都将获得完赛纪念奖牌与电子证书。
All the finishers would get finish medal and finish electronic certificate.
十、处罚办法 Punishment Measures
为确保竞赛的公平、公正，保障每一位参赛者的比赛权益，参赛者作出下列比赛禁止的行为的，一经查实，将受到罚时、取消比赛成绩、禁赛、处罚结果公示等严厉处置，本次比赛禁止的行为包括：
In order to ensure the fairness and justice of the competition and protect the rights and interests of each participant, the following acts in the competition are forbidden. Once verified, the player will be severely punished, such as punishing time, cancelling the competition results, suspending the competition, and publicizing the punishment results. The prohibited acts include:
（一）赛事组委会严禁私自转让（卖）或接受转让（买）参赛资格的行为，禁止私自替跑、伪造号码布及使用非赛事号码布者进入主会场参赛。由于私自替跑、伪造号码布等违规行为所造成的一切后果均由违规者自行承担，对造成经济损失及严重影响的，组委会还将保留追究违规者法律责任的权利。
It is strictly prohibited to transfer (sell) or accept the transfer (purchase) of the qualification without permission, and it is prohibited to enter the main venue for competition with forged bib.
（二）携带他人计时芯片或一名选手同时携带2枚以上(含2枚)计时芯片参加比赛。
Take others' timing chips or one player take more than 2 (including 2) timing chips to participate in the competition.
（三）不按规定的起跑流程，在非指定起跑区域起跑，以及其他违反起跑规则的行为。
Do not follow the prescribed starting process, starting in the non designated starting area, or other behaviors violating the starting rules.
（四）未按组委会指定路线进行比赛的，或以接力方式完成比赛的。
Do not follow the route designated by the organizing committee or finish the competition by relay.
（五）未将参赛号码布放置于参赛者服装或背包的最外侧，折叠号码布、导致号码布信息缺失的。
Do not place the bib on the outermost side of the clothing or backpack, or folding the bib, resulting in missing information of bib.
（六）参赛期间乘坐或使用机动、非机动交通工具、器械的。
Riding or using motorized or non motorized means of transport equipment during the competition.
（七）不文明参赛行为，包括但不限于身体冲撞行人或其他参赛选手、辱骂行人或其他参赛选手、乱扔垃圾、破坏公共设施、故意惊扰动植物、在野外禁火区用火等。
Uncivilized behavior in the competition, including but not limited to physical collision with pedestrians or other players, abuse of pedestrians or other players, littering, destruction of public facilities, intentional disturbance of animals and plants, use fire in the wild fire forbidden area without permission, etc.
（八）在起终点主会场、赛道、检查站、补给站不听从工作人员的合理要求与指引，或对赛事工作人员、赛事志愿者作出恶意语言或行为的。
Do no follow the reasonable requirements and guidance of the staff at the main venue, track, checkpoints and supply stations, or making malicious words or behaviors to the staff and volunteers of the event.
（九）在比赛中未携带一件或多件强制装备的，以及其他比赛禁止的行为。
Failing to carry one or more pieces of mandatory equipment during the competition, and other behaviors prohibited by the event.
处罚依据由各区域裁判提出或由其他参赛选手向组委会举报，然后交由裁判长核准并对参赛者作出正式处罚。
The punishment basis shall be proposed by the judges of each region or reported to the organizing committee by other players. And then, the punishment measures will be examined and submitted by chief referee.
十一、赛事保险 Insurance
（一）组委会将为每位参赛选手提供一份人身意外保险，投保保单以报名信息为准，错误的个人报名信息将导致无法投保或保单无效，请参赛选手务必准确填报个人真实信息，否则因无法投保或保单无效造成的责任与损失将由报名参赛者自行承担。
The organizing committee will provide each player with a personal accident insurance. The wrong personal registration information will lead to the failure of insurance or the invalidity of the insurance. The players must accurately fill in the true personal information, otherwise the responsibility and loss caused by the failure of insurance or the invalidity of the insurance will be borne by the players themselves.
（二）强烈建议参赛者同时自行购买一份与赛事相匹配的意外保险。
Strongly recommended that the players insure an accident insurance that matches the event at the same time.
