2016年首场MUD GAME定于7月9日和10日在崇礼万龙滑雪场—MUD GAME发源地聚龙殿前举办，届时也将点燃南北列国之战！MUD GAME源于风靡世界的泥地类的户外障碍越野赛题材，结合军事项目、越野跑、核心训练和拓展训练等多种运动类型，集竞赛、娱乐和观赏为一体，是中国最早最具原创性且为数不多的创新运动项目。

1、7月9日 KILL CALORIES 杀死卡路里( KILL CALORIES on 9th, Jul)
在MUDGAME正赛前举行的“杀死卡路里”热身环节——参赛者由万龙滑雪场雪具大厅出发，一路爬坡跑上总长600米，高差达260米的万龙滑雪场大奔头雪道。这样的跑法等于是登上坡度35度的陡坡，不过，真正的挑战其实是坡道上湿滑的草皮，以及漫长无尽头的坡顶，站在坡头竟然看不到下方攀爬的人。你必须手脚并用才能到达，它将把你身体里的卡路里消耗殆尽。当站在大奔头雪道顶端的时候，很难看见前面的路线，只能看到眼前近处的边际线，感觉就象站在悬崖边。
It is the warm-up before the Mud Game. Runners set off from the Hall of Skiing Gear, Dash up to the Dabentou Course for 600m with elevation gain of 260m, which equals to run up along the 35 degree slope. Moreover, the real challenge comes from the wet and slippery grass and very long course. Standing at the very top, you cannot see the runners below. You have to climb with your four limps and burn all the calories in your body. It is much like standing at the edge of a cliff when you are at the highest point of the Dabentou Course.
2、7月10日 MUDGAME 泥浆大战(Mud Game on 10th. Jul,)
MUDGAME内涵源于风靡世界的泥地类的户外障碍越野赛题材，结合越野跑、核心训练和拓展训练等多种运动类型，集竞赛、娱乐和观赏为一体，要求参赛者必须通过泥坑、上下山坡、铁丝网、高空绳索、水库横渡等障碍物。参加MUDGAME的目的不是比谁能保持最干净，而是让参赛者尽情享受在泥巴坑中自由自在的乐趣。
Originated and inspired by the obstacle races in mud, the Mud Game is a combination of trail running, outward bound and so on. It requires the runners crawling in the mud pool covered by barbwires, running up and down the hill, climb up along ropes and rappel through an artificial lake. The object of the Mud Game is not to keep clean but to enjoy the freedom and bravery in filthy mud.

1.完赛是指参赛运动员在规定时间内按要求完成整个赛段的比赛。

2.完赛、分段完赛的参赛队、参赛运动员都有正式的排名。

3.退出比赛及强制退出的判定：

如有参赛运动员要退出赛事，该参赛运动员必须马上通知距离最近的赛道裁判或工作人员。
When you plan to quit, you have to tell the nearby staff on the spot.
由于健康、时间及其它原因，医生和裁判有责任提出强制运动员退出比赛的建议，由裁判长决定并通知该运动员退出比赛。
Due to the reason of medical aid and exceeding the time limitation, the Doctor and referee can suggest expelling any runner while the final decision is made by the chief of referee.
装备的基本规则：
Principles
1.装备规则的设定是以安全性、公平性和方便使用的几个目标为基础。
The choose of gear should be based on safety, fairness and convenience.
2.根据赛事规程要求，要求运动员自带个人装备，如跑鞋和服装等。
Personal gears such as running shoes and apparels should be prepared by the runners before the race.
3.运动员严禁使用带有金属钉或带有固定地面装置的运动鞋，以免危及他人。
Any shoes with metal spike(s) is strictly forbidden in case of injuring others.
不知不觉MUDGAME的奖牌风格已自成一派了，设计语言绝大多数来自远古时期的战场。相对于不同格调的赛事就会有平行那个空间的产物。像MG风格的赛事非军事类型莫属，也正是这样才与其他赛事产生了绝对的差异化。

可以看的出从2014年开始冷兵器的符号就被设计师开始使用了，中世纪常用兵器搭配哥特文字瞬间就可以把看到它的人带到那个远古战场。
从战场到赛场两个不同时空的交汇，设计师则扮演的是完成穿越的桥梁。
疆界版图为勇者而制，天下之兵为帝王所造。

这次设计师挑选的元素是中世纪作战防卫装备，它既不是罗马骑士头盔也不是秦朝将军甲胄，而是要通过设计师之手重新塑造一个既陌生又熟悉的通用战争盔甲。
细节展示
点线面的理性交汇，有形中主张无形，立体空间的超强运用，错落有秩。这些精湛的制作水准和设计语言在设计师手中发挥的淋淋尽致。

从照片可以看出此届MG奖牌设计更加强调立体感和层次感，从工艺的角度分析已达到了42层之多的工业结构。也只有这样的匠心之作才可以使它的质感和价值推向更高的境界。
赛道规定（About the course）

1.所有参赛运动员必须在指定的赛道上进行比赛，任何不小心离开赛道的运动员，需在离开赛道的地点重新返回赛道，否则将被判罚加时或犯规。任何运动员故意离开赛道，将被取消比赛资格。
Run along the designated course. Anyone run to the wrong direction must return to the course, or will be punished by time penalty. Running to the wrong way on purpose will lead to disqualification.
2.在可以同时看到两个标记的情况下，运动员必须选择最近的一个标记前进；运动员须沿合逻辑的赛道前进，除非赛事标记有特别指示。
In the situation of seeing 2 course marks, you should run according to the one nearby. Runners must strictly follow the course marks, unless there is other official notification.
3.比赛路线可能因天气情况或安全等因素而临时更改。若比赛路线在比赛进行时有更改，赛事组委会有权因各选手所完成的路线差异来合理调整时间及成绩。
任何运动员有意做出任何破坏或损害生态环境的行为，包括随意抛弃任何废物、垃圾或用品在赛道上，将受到罚时，情节严重这将被取消比赛资格。
Course might be alternated according to the back-up plan dealing with bad weather. If the course is changed, the organizer could adjust the results according to the difference of the courses.
Any damage to the environment such as littering and picking flowers during the race will lead to immediate disqualification!
1.赛事医疗人员有权要求询问和检查运动员身体情况，被询问或检查的运动员必须停止比赛，配合医疗人员进一步检查。
1 Medical staff could inquiry and check the fitness of runners, any runners being inquired and checked have to stop racing and help the medical staff with their jobs.
2.根据医疗人员检查结果，有权强制运动员休息、停止比赛或退出比赛。
2 Compulsory resting and expelling under the instruction of medical staff could be implicated to any runners.
3.在遇到医疗紧急事件时，运动员必须停止比赛直到获得有效的援助。
3 Any runners under emergency must stop racing and accept inquiring, checking and curing.

1.判罚取消比赛资格理由:对裁判不文明的举止，严重违反体育道德行为；拒绝听从裁判员的指示；故意扰乱比赛现场秩序；使用未经批准装备获利；其行为对他人构成危险。
1 Disqualification: improper behavior to referee, staff and other runners, violation of code of conduct related to sport value, refusal of following the referee’s instruction, jeopardising the race, use unapproved gears and others.
2.判罚取消比赛资格后的处理
运动员被判罚取消比赛资格后，裁判员可终止其比赛。被取消比赛资格的运动员可根据本规则中有关上诉的条款规定，对此判罚提出上诉。

2. 对比赛路线的抗议

对比赛路线安全或不符合规则之处提出的抗议必须在赛前24小时书面提交给仲裁委员会。
The petition and protest on course must be written and summit to the board of referee 24 hours before the race.
3.由参赛运动员提出的抗议
About other runners and staff
运动员对其他运动员或裁判提出抗议，应在完赛后30分钟内提交给裁判长。
The petition and protest from runner(s) on other runner(s) or referee(s) must be written and summit to the chief of referee under 30min after finishing the race.

MUDGAME的发源地位于崇礼的万龙滑雪场，其内涵源于风靡世界的泥地类的户外障碍越野赛题材，结合军事项目、越野跑、核心训练和拓展训练等多种运动类型，集竞赛、娱乐和观赏为一体，是中国最早最具原创性且为数不多的创新运动项目。
Held in Wanlong Ski Resort in Chongli, the Mud Game is inspired by the adventure running, fitness session along with physical training of military forces. It is a complex of racing, recreation and eye-catching, and the minority of innovative sports originated in China.
MUDGAME要求参赛者必须匍匐通过泥坑、负重上下山坡、跳跃火沟、高空绳索、水库横渡等障碍物。参加MUDGAME的目的不是比谁第一个到达终点，而是让参赛者尽情享受在泥坑中翻滚、团结身边的朋友共同翻越障碍、完全融入自然的乐趣。

Our traditional is to keep the detail of obstacles (such as numbers, places and kinds) a secret before the race starts.
